Review:

In this film we begin with a man being released from a psychiatric hospital, he is played by Anthony Perkins, but it is on a probationary basis. He has a place that he is to live at and a job he is to maintain. As he is going to leave, the doctor wishes him the best and Perkins makes a joke. It doesn’t go over too well and the doctor tells him to stop with the fantasies he creates, because they will get him into trouble.

The film moves a bit into the future. Perkins is already living somewhere else, he has small spy-like cameras and he takes pictures of this structure that holds up a waste pipe. The pipe drains chemicals into the river and this is…
